Improvement to comparables
If the Deed type is a "TD" that means it was a foreclosure sale. This is now hi-lited GREEN in the comparable table and the transaction history. This may have a significant impact on the results. Any item in the comparables can be removed by checking the box in the Del (1st) column and then clicking RESUBMIT at the top of the page.

Important change to comparables
A new data column has been added to the comparable tables. The 6th column from the left shows what type of deed was recorded for the sale presented. If the Deed type is a "TD" that means it was a foreclosure sale. This may have a significant impact on the results. Some More Sizzle
We have added links to Live Search, a MicroSoft product that allows the user to have a "Birdseye" view of a property. Next to the Owner/Property address AND the Tax Mailing Address there is a clickable link named Map. Just select Hybrid, close down the information boxes and zoom in.

A QuickComp link has been added to the detail page which will take you directly to the comparables. It is located at the bottom just above the PRINT/CLOSE buttons.
